Applied Synergy Plus Consulting LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Lumen subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
All orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account or via paddle.net; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including cancellation rights under EU/UK distance-selling regulations.
